Residents are invited to rent out any one of our family housing community centers for their private reservations. Reservations are limited to a four hour time period and may not be used for the use of a business. A $100 deposit is required for each reservation; this deposit will be refunded as long as there are no damages as a result of the reservation. The following guidelines are in place to ensure that your reservation is successful:

  • Indoor Events only
  • Fitness Center and Children's Playroom will remain open for use by the residents and is unable to be reserved for use
  • Bounce houses and/or gaming trucks are unable to be used in or outside the Community Centers
  • Only built-in grills at select sites able to be used. Other fryers and grills not permitted with the exception of groups over 50. *for groups over 50, you may bring your own grill and it must be used next to the permanent grills at Linden Oaks Clubhouse Pavilion only or the Pope Community Center Pavilion only. Please bring a fire extinguisher. **Turkey fryers are not allowed at any site**
  • 4 hour allowance per event - this does include set up, the event, and cleanup of the event
  • Keys must be turned in by 10AM the next business day (keys can only be in the possession of reservation POC)
  • Alcoholic beverages are prohibited
  • Cleaning supplies are the responsibility of the reservation POC
