Message from the Business Director
Dear Fort Bragg Families,
We hope that everyone had a great holiday season and that everyone was able to spend it with family enjoying some down time and making memories. As we move into 2016, we are excited to work with our families to make the year a success and want to thank each of your for deciding to make Fort Bragg your home. We would like to thank all of our residents who took the time to provide feedback for the 2015 SatisFacts Survey. The survey results help us identify what Corvias Military Living is doing well and the areas in which we can continue to grow to continue to meet the needs of our residents. We are proud to say that at the end of the survey period, Fort Bragg Corvias Military Living had a final score of 4.32 out of 5. While that is great, it also provides us room to grow. We look forward to making that growth with you, our residents. We also look forward to making new memories with our families at our resident events throughout the year. We want to continue to make Fort Bragg the best place for families to live and encourage residents to continue to share their thoughts and inputs with the management team so that we can continue to grow throughout the year. Happy 2016!
Sincerely,
Mark Foraker

SatisFacts Survey winners
Families living on post received a housing survey from SatisFacts via e-mail late last year to determine resident satisfaction. The data collected from residents helps Corvias improve your experience living on post.
The SatisFacts survey is for all types of residential management companies. Corvias Military Living has earned a superior rating from SatisFacts the past seven years and has also achieved the highest score for companies with at least 10,000 homes seven times.
Again, we would like to send a thank you to all of the residents who participated and would like to say congratulations to our three gift card winners:

Snow and ice removal responsibilities/safety
This is a reminder that as we prepare for the upcoming winter season, residents are responsible if snow and ice need removal from driveways, sidewalks and under carports. Corvias Military Living will clear the snow on the main roads within the neighborhoods and the Community Center parking lots when road conditions allow for this to occur safely. Please contact your community office if you have any questions.
Holiday trash schedules and Christmas tree disposal
Waste Management will operate on a holiday schedule for the week of Christmas with pickups moved to the following days:
- Thursday, Dec 24 – regular schedule
- Friday, Dec 25 – collection on Saturday, Dec 26
- Thursday, Dec 31 – regular schedule
- Friday, Jan 1 – regular schedule
Christmas trees will be collected on your normal trash day from December 28 through January 22. Please remove all decorations; including lights, ornaments and tinsel from the discarded trees. This will help protect the tree grinding equipment. On the day of your household and bulk trash pickup, place the tree on the curb a few feet away from your other household trash.
